Shopian, Jan 06 : Forces on Sunday morning launched a Cordon and search operation in South Kashmir’s Shopian village.
Reports said that a team of Army’s 44 RR, SOG Zanpora and CRPF Jointly launched a search operation in Apple orchards at Heff Shirmal area of Shopian.
Reports said that whole area is under cordon and public and transport movement has been stopped in the area.
Meanwhile officials said that following inputs about hideout a search operation in the area has been launched.
Pertinently forces conducted search operation on late last night at Bijbehara village which was later ended on peaceful note.
