Sopore, Feb 03 : Government forces launched a cordon and search operation in North Kashmir’s Sopore village.
Reports said a joint team of Army’s 22 RR, special operation group of police (SOG) and CRPF jointly launched searches in Dangerpora area of Sopore on Sunday afternoon.
SSP Sopore Javeed Iqbal when contacted told that on inputs about presence of militants in the area search operation has been launched, he however added that as of now no contact with millitants established in the area.
