Clashes in old city over violence against Kashmir’s in Jammu, other states

Reports reaching here said that soon after shopkeepers staged protest against attacks on Kashmiris in Jammu and other states of India, a group of youth joined them and later took out a protest rally which was stopped by deployed forces.

Reports added that the youths pelted stones on forces which in turn forces lobbed tear smoke shells to disperse them.

Clashes were going on when last reports came in.

Pertinently trade bodies call Kashmir bandh tomorrow against attacks on Kashmiris.
