Army says ‘Harassment to civilians by forces only propaganda’

Srinagar, February 19: Sending a stern warning,  Army on Tuesday asked the local militants to surrender to be ready to get killed.
“Who so ever comes from Pakistan will not return back alive. But there is a surrender policy for local youth who have picked up guns. They shall either surrender or be ready to get killed,” Lt General KJS Dhillon 15 Corps Commander said.  He addressed a joint press conference along with IGP Kashmir S P Pani and IG CRPF Zulfikar Hassan.
He asked mothers of militants to appeal their children to shun the path of militancy.
