Forces launch search operation in Hajjin

Hajjin, Feb 25 : Government forces on Monday morning launched a cordon-and-search operation in North Kashmir’s Bandipora village.

Reports said that a joint team of army’s 13 RR, CRPF, and SOG laid a siege at Mir Mohalla area of Hajjin on Monday morning .

A police officer also confirmed the search operation and said that the cordon was launched following inputs about the movement of some suspected militants.

Local reports said that door to door search operation has been conducted by team of forces.

When last reports came in search operation in the area was on.
