Sopore, May 01 : Government forces launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Rafiabad village this Morning.
Reports said that a joint team of Army’s 32 RR, SOG Sopore and CRPF launched a cordon-and-search operation in Trakpora area of Rafiabad this morning.
Locals said that a large number of troops have been deployed in the area and door to door search operation has been started in the area.
Meanwhile an official told Kashmir Indepth that search operation was launched after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
