Will stand against any move aimed to attack the special identity of Kashmir : Mehbooba

Baramulla, August 02  : Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti on Friday reiterated her stand that the party will stand against any move aimed to attack the special identity of Kashmir.

While talking to reporters on the sidelines of the function at Dak Banglow Baramulla Mehbooba Mufti said, that I had made a request to Farooq Abdullah to convene an all party meeting to give every party a chance to have its say but even before that, central government subjected him to questioning related to old Cricket scam.

After that Farooq Sahaab and Omar Sahaab had met with Modi and I was disappointed by the statement of later that they discussed elections with the PM.

Elections will happen and so will be the government formed but at present it is a matter of do or die for us and we have to safeguard our special identity.

The statements made by the top brass of BJP in Parliament amid mobilisation of forces while sidelining JK Police raises every apprehension that something is going to happen.

Mehbooba Mufti was addressing a large gathering of people at Dak Banglow Baramulla.
