Jammu and Kashmir Police in a tweet said that militants on Wednesday afternoon killed a non local resident in Kakpora area of Pulwama.
Area has been cordoned and searches are going on. Further details shall follow,” the police tweet reads.
The attack comes days after an apple truck was set on fire and the driver shot in Shopian district in South Kashmir.
