Passport Office Sgr closed for applicants till further orders

Srinagar, May 18 (KINS): Authorities on Monday decided to close down the passport office Srinagar for applicants till further orders.

 In a statement issued to news agency KINS which reads, the office has been closed for the applicants till further orders. Dear all, our registration are preparing for resuming of Aadhaar services wherever it is being permited by the state districtauthorities as per the new guidelines of #Lockdown4 . You may check available appointment slots in your area on the our appointment portal https://appointments.uidai.gov.in/bookappointment.aspx or mAadhaar App. Pls follow the advisory issued by your local administration related to #Lockdown4 .

 Once services resume, social distancing in and outside the Aadhaar Kendra will be mandated the statement reads.

Meanwhile a passport officer told news agency KINS that the office will remain open for the employees only and in case of any emergency or any other passport related query, people can call on the follow numbers— 01942500375, 374, 373, 371—(KINS)
