Varmul Attack: Police arrests 2 persons

More arrests expect say official

Baramulla, Sep 01(KINS): A day after attack on forces party in north Kashmir’s Baramulla, forces have arrested two persons sofar for their alleged involvement in the attack.

An official told KINS that two persons were arrested by a joint team of forces for their alleged involvement in the grenade attack that took place at Azadgunj Baramulla in which seven civilians including a girl were injured.

The officer said more investigation into this case has already set into motion and more arrests are expected.

A police officer also confirmed about the arrest of two persons, however didn’t reveal to this news agency further details.

Pertinently, on Monday two grenade attacks were reported in the twin towns of north Kashmir.(KINS)
