Suspected IED recovered in Baramulla

Kupwara, Sep 10: Security forces again on Thursday detected an improvised explosive device (IED) in north Kashmir, second in three days.

An official told KINS that a suspected IED was spotted near passenger shed at Chatloora area of Watergam in Baramulla district this morning.

Traffic has been stopped from both sides in the area,
a bomb disposal squad has been called to the spot to neutralise the suspected IED, the officials said.

It is pertinent to mention here that three days before forces recovered and difused an IED in north Kashmir’s Kupwara village.
