Dehradun, Jul 6 :Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday said by abrogating Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has fulfilled the dream of Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Syama Prasad Mookerjee.
