
Jammu , Oct 1 ( KINS): Crime Branch Jammu has registered a criminal case under relevant provisions of law against (1) Vikas Sharma S/o Late Munshi Ram Sharma R/o 230-A Old Rehari Jammu (2) Ajay Salgotra S/o Sh. Om Parkash Salgotra R/o F-281, Bakhsi Nagar, Jammu and (3) Karan Singh Bandryal S/o Sh. Shanker Singh R/o Ward No. 49 Channi Rama Jammu for hatching a criminal conspiracy and preparing a fake Will Deed in respect of deceased Poonam Sharma W/O late Sh. Krishan Lal Sharma, to grab the immovable property of above said deceased, market value of the said property is worth in crores.
A written complaint lodged by Arun Sharma S/o Late. Sh. P.K. Sharma R/o H.No. 230-C, Amphala, Jammu duly forwarded by the Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st. Class City Judge, Jammu was received in Crime Branch, Jammu alleging therein that Vikas Sharma and his wife Madhu Sharma is in litigation with respect to House No. 230, Ambphalla, Jammu with complainant. He has forged a Will Deed alleged to have been executed by deceased Poonam Sharma W/O Late Sh. Krishan Sharma in order to usufruct the property in connivance with his wife Madhu Sharma. The alleged Will Deed was sent for expert opinion for comparison of signature in FSL Jammu by the Ld. Principal District and Session Judge Jammu. Where upon, FSL expert has given his expert opinion that the questioned signatures does not agree with the admitted signatures in minute and inconspicuous details of formation and combination of various characters. The complainant further alleged that said Vikas Sharma is not having blood relation with deceased Poonam Sharma. He has intentionally/deliberately in connivance with his wife forged the Will Deed with the main motive to grab the property of the deceased Poonam Sharma, the market value of said property is worth in crores of rupees.
on receipt of instant complaint, a preliminary verification was got conducted and during the course of enquiry, oral as well as documentary evidences were collected and the allegations have been prima facie substantiated against the above named suspects, which constitute offences punishable u/s 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B RPC. Accordingly, a formal case is registered in P/S Crime Branch, Jammu against the suspects for in-depth investigation. ( KINS)
