Jammu, Dec 8 ( KINS) In its continuous efforts of bus stand police under the Prime supervision of SSP Jammu, Chandan Kohli, SP City North, Mohita Sharma, SDPO City North Dysp Sharad Kalu and SHO P/S Bus stand Jammu Insp. Deepankar Singh, today arrested the all accused who damage and broke the public property (selfie Point) at BC Road opposite Lords Inn Hotel with in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bus stand
Police spokesperson said that on 06/12/2020 PS Bus stand received a written complaint that selfie Point at BC Road Jammu opposite Lords Inn Hotel is damaged by some unidentified miscreants.
On this a case under FIR No 77/2021 U/S 434/427 IPC section 3 of prevention of damage public property Act and investigation set into motion. After rigorous effort and on the basis of CCTV footage one person was identified namely Abhishek Gill s/o Muntazir Gill R/O Shaheedi Chowk jammu which was later arrested.
He further said that during investigation he disclosed the name Nikhil Gill S/O Manga Gill R/O Bakshi Nagar Jammu who were involve in this case which was arrested from his residence at Bakshi Nagar Jammu. Later, on he disclosed the name of all other accused who were involved in this case and today SHO P/S Bus Stand, Insp. Deepankar singh deputed a team led by PSI Aaqib Lateef of P/S Bus Stand Jammu and raided at different places and arrested the all other accused who were involved in this case namely Goldy working at roop Nagar, Cristopher R/o Bakshi Nagar Jammu, Heaven R/0 Bakshi nagar, Vinay R/o Bakshi Nagar Jammu, Gabriel R/o Bakshi Nagar and Shubam R/o Bakshi Nagar and the investigation is under progress.( KINS)
